CHANGES:

• Thanksgiving difficulty now starts players with 999 lives
• Thanksgiving difficulty now does not give any score

After monitoring players in the first week of play, I feel like this is a fairly reasonable change. This should allow first timers to see the game to completion and practice to their heart's content, and still keep the spirit of the game alive across the higher difficulty levels.
